One plan. Two players included.

Sweep Collector is a flat $40 a month, and that covers two players (a player is one person's full set of site accounts). Most people only need one. If two of you in the same household each have your own real accounts, the second player costs nothing extra.

FAQ

Common questions

What's a player?

A player is one full set of site accounts: one gains.com login, one chumba login, and so on. Most people only need one. If two people in a household each have their own real accounts on the same sites, that's two players, and the second one is included at no extra cost.

What if I need more than two players?

Each player past the first two is $40 a month. So one player is $40, two players is $40, three is $80, and four is $120. Change the count any time from the Stripe Customer Portal; the price follows automatically.

Why per-player and not per-site?

Sites detect duplicate accounts. We don't want to incentivise stacking multiple logins on the same site from the same machine, which is a one-way ticket to a permaban. A player buys you the whole catalog so the choice is never "which sites do I pay for," only "is this me, or is this also my partner."

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open Manage subscription on /account; it opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel (effective at the end of the current billing period) or change the number of players you pay for.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't auto-refund partial months. But if something's broken on our end (the desktop app won't run, a site is silently failing), email us and we'll make it right.

Can two people share one computer with separate accounts?

Yes. Add a player for each real person, and each one gets their own logins, cookies, Chrome profiles, and balance history, fully separate from everyone else on the same PC. Nobody sees anyone else's accounts. A player is for a distinct real person with one account per site, like a spouse, a roommate, or a parent and an adult child. It is not a way to run more than one account on the same site.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial right now. The desktop app is free to download and the dashboard signup is free; you only pay when you start a subscription from /account.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Yes. Sweep Collector must stay open on a computer that is awake. By default, it can prevent system sleep while scheduled runs are enabled and the computer is plugged in, and your display can still turn off. It cannot run if the computer is shut down, asleep, logged out, or the app is quit.

Will this get my accounts banned?

Sweep Collector signs into your own accounts (one account per site per player) through the real Chrome on your machine, on the same daily cadence you'd claim by hand. We deliberately refuse the clearest ban signal there is: stacking multiple accounts on one site. That said, some sites' terms restrict automated access of any kind, so automating your own logins is your call to make. The docs cover this honestly.
