- What's a persona?
- A persona is one full set of site accounts: one gains.com login, one chumba login, and so on. Most people only need one. If two people in a household each have their own real accounts on the same sites, that's two personas: two licenses, two seats on your bill.
- Why per-persona and not per-site?
- Sites detect duplicate accounts. We don't want to incentivise stacking multiple logins on the same site from the same machine, which is a one-way ticket to a permaban. A persona buys you the whole catalog so the choice is never "which sites do I pay for," only "is this me, or is this also my partner."
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Open Manage subscription on /account; it opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel (effective at the end of the current billing period) or change the number of personas you pay for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We don't auto-refund partial months. But if something's broken on our end (the desktop app won't run, a site is silently failing), email us and we'll make it right.
- What if I share the app between two people?
- Buy two personas. The desktop app already supports a persona picker per site so each person's credentials, cookies, and balance history stay isolated.
- Is there a free trial?
- No free trial right now. The desktop app is free to download and the dashboard signup is free; you only pay when you start a subscription from /account.
